Proceedings: We received 400 papers which came from 20 different countries and accepted 125 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee review. The topics cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Industrial Value Chain, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-making, Heuristic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Uncertainty Theory, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing, Risk and Emergency Management, Green Supply Chain, E-Commerce Supply Chain, Venture Capital Projects and so on. The proceedings have been delivered to ISTP retrieval and the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of sightseeing.
Conference organization in the Fifth ICMSEM has achieved a new breakthrough. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss and communicate about research in a much more concentrated and deeper way.
Another new aspect, is that in order to encourage the research in the front-line of Management Science and Engineering Management, ISMSEM Advancement Prize for MSEM have been awarded at the conference for the papers which describe a practical application of management science and engineering management, and which solve the management problems in engineering practice.

Proceedings: We received 1353 papers which came from 39 different countries and accepted 94 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee r, eview. The topics cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Industrial Val, ue Chain, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-making, Heuristic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Uncertainty Theory, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing, Risk and Emergency Management, Green, S, upply Chain, E-Commerce Supply Chain, Venture Capital Projects and so on. The proceedings have been delivered to ISTP retrieval and the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of sightseeing.
Conference organization in the Third ICMSEM has achieved a new breakthrough. The subsequent meeting between the Chinese and Thai scientists, sponsored by NSFC and NRCT under the agreement of NSFC-NRCT cooperation, synchronized with the conference. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss and communicate about research in a much more concentrated and d eeper way.
Another new aspect is that in order to encourage the resear, ch in the front-line of Management Science and Engineering Management, ISMSEM Advancement Prize for MSEM have been awarded at the conf, erence for the, papers which describe a practical application of management science and engineering manageme, nt, and which solve , the management problems in engineering practice. ,

Proceedings: We received 400 papers which came from 20 different countries and accepted 125 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee review. The topics cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Industrial Value Chain, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-making, Heuristic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Uncertainty Theory, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing, Risk and Emergency Management, Green Supply Chain, E-Commerce Supply Chain, Venture Capital Projects and so on. The proceedings have been delivered to ISTP retrieval and the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of sightseeing.
Conference organization in the Fifth ICMSEM has achieved a new breakthrough. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss and communicate about research in a much more concentrated and deeper way.
Another new aspect, is that in order to encourage the research in the front-line of Management Science and Engineering Management, ISMSEM Advancement Prize for MSEM have been awarded at the conference for the papers which describe a practical application of management science and engineering management, and which solve the management problems in engineering practice.

Proceedings: We received 1353 papers which came from 39 different countries and accepted 94 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee r, eview. The topics cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Industrial Val, ue Chain, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-making, Heuristic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Uncertainty Theory, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing, Risk and Emergency Management, Green, S, upply Chain, E-Commerce Supply Chain, Venture Capital Projects and so on. The proceedings have been delivered to ISTP retrieval and the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of sightseeing.
Conference organization in the Third ICMSEM has achieved a new breakthrough. The subsequent meeting between the Chinese and Thai scientists, sponsored by NSFC and NRCT under the agreement of NSFC-NRCT cooperation, synchronized with the conference. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss and communicate about research in a much more concentrated and d eeper way.
Another new aspect is that in order to encourage the resear, ch in the front-line of Management Science and Engineering Management, ISMSEM Advancement Prize for MSEM have been awarded at the conf, erence for the, papers which describe a practical application of management science and engineering manageme, nt, and which solve , the management problems in engineering practice. ,

Proceedings: We received 1452 papers which came from 45 different countries and accepted 125 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee review. The topics cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Industrial Value Chain, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-making, Heuristic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Uncertainty Theory, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing, Risk and Emergency Management, Green Supply Chain, E-Commerce Supply Chain, Venture Capital Projects and so on. The proceedings have been delivered to ISTP retrieval and the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of sightseeing.
Conference organization in the Fourth ICMSEM has achieved a new breakthrough. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss and communicate about research in a much more concentrated and deeper way.
Another new aspect, is that in order to encourage the research in the front-line of Management Science and Engineering Management, ISMSEM Advancement Prize for MSEM have been awarded at the conference for the papers which describe a practical application of management science and engineering management, and which solve the management problems in engineering practice.

Proceedings: We received 1236 papers which came from 36 different countries and accepted 87 papers for presentation or poster display in the conference through referee review. The topics, cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, Service Operations Management, Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management, Decision Support Systems, Operations Planning, Scheduling and Control, Knowledge Management, Economic Development in China, Uncertainty Decision-Making, Fuzzy Programming, Genetic Algorithms, Electronic Commerce Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Credibility Theory, Uncertainty Theory, Neural Networks, Stochastic Programming, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Soft Computing and so on. The proceedings have been retrieved by ISTP retrieval and delivered to the EI retrieval.
Conference: The conference provided a suitable environment for discussions and exchanges of research ideas among participants during its well organized post-conference tours. Although we presented our research results in technical sessions, participated in round table discussions during the conference period, we had extra and fruitful occasions to exchange research ideas with colleagues in this relaxed and enjo, yable atmosphere of sightseeing. And the post-conference tours took the participants to the Three Gorges, where the male wonderful sublimely mountains and rivers were attracting the innumerable people's vision by her, either was glad to go, either forgot to return.
