uParallel Sessions
This conference included 7 parallel sessions, wherein scholars from Sichuan University and other international institutes contribute their 8-10 minutes presentations. All sessions were well attended with periods of intensive after-presentation exchanges, an indication of the scientific interest in machine learning, enterprise development, supply chains, health control and dynamics in the management science and engineering management sector. All participants who participated in the parallel session presentations received a presentation certificate.
uForum
This conference also included a forum focusing on “Development on Management Science in Engineering 2021” on Aug. 4.
At the forum, Prof. Ziqiang Zeng(China) presented a Scientific journal report announcement entitled “Development on Management Science in Engineering 2021--Perspectives from Scientific Journal Report”. It highlights the development of an evaluation framework founded on three dimensions: article citations, the academic community, and the publishing platform. This framework is developed to achieve the goal of making an objective and comprehensive assessment of the journal's academic performance. Based on data from 2017 to 2021, changes and trends in the number of journals in different engineering domains were presented in detail.
Afterward, Prof. Gheorghe Duca gave an excellent speech on the topic of "Status Report: Chemistry Journal of Moldova". The presentation starts with the introduction of the magazine's basic facts. It shows us the development of the Chemistry Journal of Moldova based on the trend of Scimago Journal Ranking towards 2016-2021 and the geographical distribution of authors.
Finally, experts from various academic areas then present their opinions on their areas of interest. The audience gained knowledge from the experts' discussion and answered their doubts.
With seminar attendees, all talks were thoroughly discussed in detail, and scholars from China, the USA, Türkiye, Spain and so on are actively involved.
