It’s my great pleasure to meet you all in such a special way, to have this exciting, fully virtual conference. At this special time due to the outbreak of CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19), the safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. 

First of all, I would like to thank our host, the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and Moldovan Research and Development Association, for the great work they did organizing this event. I would like to thank Prof. Gheorghe Duca in particular for his contributions to this conference. Also, I would like to give a big welcome to Prof. Grigore Belostecinic, Prof. H.E. Zhang Yinghong and Prof. Acad.Ion Tighineanu. Many thanks to our distinguished guests for attending this conference!

Over the past thirteen years, the International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management has been successfully held in Asia, America, Europe, Australia and Canada, in order to promote state-of-the-art research and academic exchange in the field of MSEM. More and more prestigious experts and scientists from all over the world are now attending the conference and sharing their compelling work in this field. Such a premier international platform provides the participants an opportunity to work together, communicate the newest ideas contributing to the MSEM development. We can see new findings emerging every year, which supply us tremendous opportunities to explore advanced methodologies and technologies for addressing the new challenges. I hope that everyone can find informative topics by communicating and discussing freely on this conference.

In the following two days, 9 excellent keynote speakers will share us with their latest researches, (including Prof. Benjamin Lev, Prof. Grigore Belostecinic, Prof. Gheorghe Duca, Prof. Fang Lee Cooke, Prof. Fausto Pedro García Márquez, Prof. Asaf Hajiyev, Prof. Mitsuo Gen, Prof. Syed Ejaz Ahmed, Prof. Liming Yao). Welcome all of you, we all look forward to your great presentations. Also please allow me to give hearty welcome all our guests from Portugal, Japan, Spain, Azerbaijan, and elsewhere in the world. We hope you enjoy this great online academic journey, share your wisdom and exchange ideas. Thanks for your support that make this conference a success.
