Good morning! It’s a great pleasure to see you again in such a special way, to have this exciting, fully virtual conference. With the continued popularity of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of all conference participants is always our priority. 

First of all, I would like to thank our host, University of Castilla-La Mancha, for the great organization of the fifteenth international conference on management science and engineering management. Specially, I would like to thank Professor Fausto Pedro García Márquez in particular for his excellent contributions to this conference. Also, I would like to give a big welcome to Professor Mohamed Hag Ali Hassan, Prof. Antonio Más, and Prof. Ricardo Cuevas, for the great participation and support for this conference. Many thanks to our distinguished guests for attending this conference!

Over the past fourteen years, the International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management has been successfully held in Asia, America, Europe, Australia and Canada, in order to promote state-of-the-art research and academic exchange in the field of MSEM. More and more scholars from different countries are now attending the conference and sharing their compelling work in this field. That means this conference gives us an opportunity to work together and make contributions to MSEM. 

As known, new opportunities and challenges always coexist, the changes and development have never stopped. For example, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence and its widely application in management practice, have provided great opportunities for promoting MSEM in the era of information. The annual premier international platform therefore provides an excellent opportunity for participants to communicate the newest ideas and accelerate to the future development of MSEM. I hope that everyone can find informative topics by communicating and discussing freely on this conference.

In the following two days, 11 excellent keynote speakers will share us with their latest researches, (including Prof. Mohamed Hag Ali Hassan, Prof. Adolfo Crespo, Prof. Fausto Pedro García Márquez, Prof. Gheorghe Duca, Prof. Lev Benjamin, Prof. Rado Kotorov, Prof. Mitsuo Gen, Prof. Zongmin Li, Prof. Mayorkinos Papaelias, Prof. Asaf Hajiyev, Prof. Fulya Altiparmak). Welcome all of you, we all look forward to your great presentations. Also please allow me to give hearty welcome to all our guests from Sudan, Moldova, the USA, the UK, Japan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and elsewhere in the world. We hope you enjoy this great online academic journey, share your wisdom and exchange ideas. Thanks for your support that make this conference a success. I also hope that in the near future, all of us can enjoy offline communication and academic journey.

All in all, we believe that this conference will be a feast of academic and culture interactions. It will also be a grand events of friendship and cooperation. We aim to foster more research collaborations in a relaxed atmosphere.
